Ernest C. Brown, Esq. P.E. has spent more than 35 years resolving construction disputes. He has successfully resolved more than 3,000 complex construction and real estate disputes, and served as 2024 President of the Construction Lawyers Society of America.

He has represented parties in the largest construction cases in North America, including the $146 million Central Arizona Pipeline Failure; the 1986 SCE Laughlin, Nev. power plant explosion, which caused six deaths and $150 million in lost power revenue; and a $140 Million P3 Claim on San Francisco’s Presidio Parkway Project.

Mr. Brown has been a member of the AAA National Construction Panel since 1983. He is also available to serve as Mediator, Arbitrator, Special Master and Project Neutral® nationwide to achieve early resolution of complex real estate, construction, and personal injury disputes.
